Pros:

We don't get breakfast, they said only room booking is there, other facilities not included

Owner offers welcome tea

Cons:

Breakfast must added on any booking

It is beneficial for hotel as well as for the passenger if there is pick and drop facility is added, so new visitors of hotel get more comfortable time

a 100% must go. This is value for money at its best.
Pros:

I loved their breakfast. Their rooms are big and they had lift. I also loved the manager and the owner of the hotel. He was sweet. As a student, I also care about the neighbourhood. This is located in a student neighbourhood, near IISER Mohali. Hence, I felt comfortable.

Cons:

While the rooms were big, they were not very well organized and the infrastructure could do with improvement. For example, the sofas- most were in a state of brokenness. A couple of switches were not functioning.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly and treats the guests so well like a family person
His genuineness, caring, hospitality was excellent
And also the rooms were so clean
The staff were so active and kind
They were taking care of every detail
The food is so tasty and yummy
The entire environment was so homely we didn't felt we were away from home

The room was extremely dirty, although the bathroom was clean. The corridors outside the rooms were filthy and shady. The elevators were filled with food residue and smell. Weird location. Avoid if possible.
