Avoid ordering food here — they don’t care about guest experience.

If you enjoy sleeping hungry, this is the perfect hotel.

Cons:

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. I ordered roti, egg curry and masala chai. The staff confidently confirmed the order and then started a circus of confusion. First the roti “changed,” then the egg curry “vanished,” then the kitchen was “closed,” then it was suddenly “open again,” then “closed again,” and after 4–5 contradictory calls, I ended up with no food at all. Yes — I actually had to sleep hungry in a hotel I paid for.

The staff has zero coordination, zero communication, and zero accountability. If this is their idea of hospitality, it’s honestly a joke. For a hotel that charges premium rates, they must at least be able to serve what they promise — or at minimum, not waste a guest’s entire night with false confirmations. Completely unacceptable and nowhere close to professional standards.

Until they fix their management and train their team to act like a hotel and not a confusion hotline, I strongly do not recommend staying here — especially if you plan to order food.

Breakfast was really very tasty I must say the tea was really fantastic though it was guit expensive 😄😄 kindly do make it budget friendly and buffet upto 250 , this will be really cherry on the cake if possible.

Rip off by 7 apple
Pros:

New property and looking clean and neat.

Cons:

I was asked to pay rs 3200 through booking.com. But direct booking with hotel costs only rs 1700.

I booked for 2 people. When my friend checked in before I reached, he found the room too small for 2 people and hence he booked a room for him. He was charged rs 1700 only. I was ripped off because I used booking.com.
