My treebo stay in Chikmagalur
Pros:

First' of all I have been booking my stays with treebo for the past 4 yrs of my travel and my experience has always been a great one. Staff, support, hygiene,food, parking has always been up to date and never I had any things happening which made me rethink a stay in treebo. Infact I only search for treebo property. Thank you as always.😊

I was disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. The food quality and taste were below expectations. The breakfast options were quite limited, with only items like dosa, idli, poha, and lemon rice being served. There were no eggs, juices, or other common breakfast choices included. Unfortunately, the taste of the food was not good, which affected the overall experience.

While the accommodation and cleanliness were commendable, I believe the breakfast menu and food quality need significant improvement.

The reception staff Mr. Salih was very good

Cons:

bed was old damaged, water tap was damaged, finally they gave me a cutting player to open water. they offered breakfast but served one piece like they afraid to give food. i begged for each pieces.

too much disturbing sounds and light from out side to the room.

Overall it was good.
One thing I particularly enjoyed was that our car broke down just before we were about to check out, and we were not even close to our hotel. It took us two hours to get there and check out. Thankfully, they did not charge us for the delay. In this case, they were very kind.

Cons:

The cleaning kit, including a brush, soaps and shampoo, should be provided as standard and not on request. Furthermore, there were no towels available.
