Nao tinha sabonete no banheiro, chuveiro entupido e tapete do banheiro muito ruim, estacionamento cobrado a parte, sem manobrista e nem mensageiros para ajudar com malas, isso não é típico de um hotel 4 estrelas

Pros:

O apartamento família é muito espaçoso, com sala e cozinha conjugadas, e duas suítes. Tem máquina de lavar e secar roupas, ferro de passar e a cozinha é bem equipada. As camas são bem confortáveis. O ambiente é moderno, bem limpo, com serviço de camareira diariamente. Tudo excelente. O café da manhã é fantástico, bem variado e é possível pedir, além do buffet, misto quente, panquecas, tapioca, etc. O hotel também tem almoço e jantar. Os atendentes são muito prestativos e atenciosos. Excelente hotel, parabéns! Voltando a Campo Grande, nos hospedaremos lá novamente.
