Pros:

Funcionários solícitos e ambiente agradável.

Cons:

A pousada encontrava-se em reforma, restaurante, parque aquático e piscina de hóspedes interditados (poderiam avisar na reserva). Única atração disponível foi o banho de rio. Tv do quarto pequena e antiga (sem Netflix, youtube, etc). Sinal de TV aberta ruim. Controle do ar condicionado sem funcionar. Café da manhã com poucos itens, tivemos que pagar por tapiocas e omeletes (não inclusos na diária). Elevadíssmo custo da hospedagem sem justificativa.

Melhorem o café da manhã e instalem água quente.
Cons:

Uma das grandes características e que geram expectativa ao hóspede são: - café da manhã e relação custo/benefício pago pela estadia. O café matinal são com poucos itens e buffet barato (ex. sucos). A demora para repor os ingredientes, gerou muita frustação. No quarto, apesar de grande, estava no período chuvoso e não tinha banho quente. A pousada é grande com bom faturamento e poderia investir no conforto dos seus hóspedes com chuveiro elétrio/aquecimento de água. O valor cobrado da diária acima de R$ 400,00 não compensa.
