Very poor
Pros:

Other than the price, nothing seems attractive. Moreover they have not given the room as promised

Cons:

Right from check in, when a guy (I guess the owner himself) called and said my payment was not confirmed(when I had already made the prepayment) hence can't give the room as promised. I got a below average room ( ac not fully working), light in the washroom not working, horrible bed sheets and fair room. Please don't go by the ad as the low rates are for another room (not the deluxe as advertised). AC is for name sake only.

Worst experience
Pros:

Initially I booked deluxe room …. Which i converted to premium room after receptionist asked me to do paying some extra amount… and the premium room was dirty , there was a window AC , no hot water, toilet flush wasn’t working, bathroom was filled with cigarette butts … i was on my north India tour for 10 days … and this hotel was worst ….
The reviews are fake … don’t go by rating … the receptionist doesn’t allow you to check out without reviewing it positively infront of him … choose wisely

They'll keep charging you money on everything.
Like I had breakfast included in the booking so I had aloo Paratha after confirming only if that's included and at the checking out he said aloo Paratha is not included only toast is included. Then at the time of checking in that guy Amit said you need to make half payment right now, that's the policy and he was so rude and was not ready to listen.
There was no soap or anything in the washrooms, rooms were smelly.
The worst experience, please don't go there.

the guy on front desk and the owner was super cooperative and humble nature

room was not upto the mark and was bit dirty too
whole night mattress was slipping to sideward which was extremely irritating
