Never book. Refused for room. Though paid advance, online booking.

Good new building but poorly cleaned and maintained.
Not up to western standards, dirty corridors, bathroom smells. Also, there was a group of local tourists staying who were very noisy most of the night.

far off location, bad support staff, despite a booking from booking.com denied us a stay at time of arrival
We booked 2 rooms. Despite reaching late evening, rooms were not ready, when they gave the rooms, there was still dust on the furniture.
Key didn’t work and it took several hours to get the working. The corridor was very noisy most part of the night and then from early morning.
I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bed was OK, so I slept well.
After arrival I showed my confirmation of booking in email. Reception told that they don't have any room.😫 After my driver came to help me, they left us wait and gave me finally a room. Breakfast from 8.
There was nothing - no water, no WiFi.
Smell in the room was very wet and not nice.
Bathroom was horrible. Bed was a bit wet, but OK.
In the morning I came to get breakfast. They told me that at 8:30 that only at 9. ???
So I had to postpone my leave.
Breakfast was 1 slice of bread in egg and small cup of tea. Payment with card was not possible. Several trials, different cards.
Taxi driver paid for me, they didn't have change (230 INR) back 😫 Only later they gave him.
And at the End I got a message that the stuff informed Booking.com that I didn't show up??? Wtf!
Staff were very polite and guest friendly
Location was not good moreover google maps couldn’t find the exact location of the hotel
