A good experience and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is very ideal and near the main area. Front desk staff and manager was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable expe6.

Cons:

Breakfast was rather limited. Could add more choice.. The room rate is rather high compared to other hotels within the vicinity with similar facilities.

Excellent Location . Staff is very helpful. Good view of the valley.

Great location but a bit on the expensive side for what it offers.
Pros:

The room was on the top floor and had a generous amount of sunlight entering through the windows throughout the day till sunset.
We could even get a peek at the snow clad Mt Kanchenjungha from the room.
The bed was comfortable and warm.
Very good location - close (5 min walk) to the MG Road but not a very noisy / busy locality.
Some good cafes are also available nearby.

Cons:

Bathroom was not too clean and there was some water leakage. The hot water pressure was too low and it took ages to fill up 1 bucket for bath.
Food menu was limited and no local food options provided.
The ventilation blinds on top of the windows could not be closed - cold wind entered the room at night.

Feels a bit too expensive overall.
