Pros:

Arrogant staff, very noisy rooms and disturbance comes all day and night from upper floor restaurant, bad breakfast, they don’t allow outside food. I regret going there.

Very Nice Modern Hotel
Pros:

Stayed here recently for two nights while the Cricket was on. All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful, the hotel is modern and our room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel had a driver that did our Airport transfers which was arranged previously without any issues. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant that is very good and there is all you could want at breakfast time. Would recommend if you are staying in Lucknow.
