Good hotel
I recently stayed at the Metro stay Noida sector 27 and had a fantastic experience. The hospitality was top-notch, and I’d especially like to appreciate two staff members – Jatin and Guddu – who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were extremely courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi NCR – whether for business or leisure.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stepped into. The moment I entered the room, there was a horrible stench – like the place hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The staff were completely useless, rude, and acted like they couldn’t care less. The bathroom was crawling with insects, and the worst part? Under the bed, there was trash, cigarette butts, and even used condoms. It was absolutely revolting. When I complained, the staff just shrugged like it was normal. Staying here is a complete waste of money and peace of mind. If you value your health and sanity, stay far away from this dump.

I booked this hotel in Noida City based on the photos shown online, but the actual experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms in the photos looked clean, modern, and spacious, but in reality, they were small, dirty, and outdated. The bedsheets had stains, there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom, and the AC wasn’t even working properly.
The service was just as bad – the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Even after calling twice, no one sent towels or water bottles.
Overall, it was a total waste of money. If you don’t want to ruin your trip, I strongly suggest staying away from this hotel.

This hotel felt nothing short of a nightmare. The room was filthy, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bathroom had such a disgusting, unbearable smell that it was hard to even step inside. The staff was careless and unhelpful – they didn’t bother to assist or respond properly. The reception area looked like a roadside shack – completely unprofessional and chaotic.
I had booked a 4-day stay, but I had to check out the very next morning. Total waste of money. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor – stay far away from this place.

This hotel was an absolute disaster! The food was downright awful—stale, tasteless, completely inedible. Cleanliness? Non-existent! The rooms were filthy, beds covered in dust, and the bathroom stank. The worst part? When I looked under the bed, there were so many condoms scattered, it felt like I’d walked into a brothel! It’s clear no one’s cleaned under there in years—absolutely disgusting. The staff was just as bad—rude, zero manners, talking to guests like we’re their servants. It’s like they were plucked from a village and put behind the counter with no training. Raise a complaint, and they either make faces or ignore you.
Complete waste of money and time! Staying here is like signing up for insults and health risks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
