Un hôtel correct mais en dessous des attentes : réservation mal gérée, personnel peu profession
Cons:

À mon arrivée, l’hôtel n’a pas été en mesure de retrouver ma réservation effectuée via Booking. Si l’établissement avait été complet, je me serais donc retrouvé sans chambre où dormir, malgré mes tentatives répétées de les contacter au préalable par la plateforme. Finalement, ils m’ont attribué une chambre en m’indiquant que le prix serait inférieur à celui affiché sur Booking, puisque la réservation ne passait plus par la plateforme. Toutefois, au moment du paiement, on m’a finalement demandé de régler le tarif initialement prévu sur Booking. Rien de dramatique au final, puisque j’ai payé le montant attendu, mais cela illustre un manque de professionnalisme du personnel.

Là où les choses se compliquent, c’est concernant le confort du séjour : le bruit constant des autres clients (portes claquées, allées et venues bruyantes dans la cour, etc.) n’a jamais été pris en main par le personnel. Je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude à la douche pendant toute la durée de mon séjour, le ménage et le changement des draps n’ont jamais été effectués, et la connexion Wi-Fi, bien que fonctionnelle par moments, était très instable.

En résumé, même si rien de véritablement grave n’est à signaler, le service reste clairement en dessous des attentes pour un hôtel.

Pros:

All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay.

Pros:

The staffs were wonderful indeed.

Cons:

No ROOM CLEANING SERVICES AVAILABLE and wr had to adjust on the same linen for the entire 2 nights.

Room size absolutely very very small according to the price.
