Everything. No proper service. Rooms are okayish. Property is nothing like in pictures.
Nothing I like in this hotel
This hotel is located in a ramp , eventhough it is 500m from botanical garden, the location is so poor to reach through Vehicle, there is no restaurant for any breakfast, no proper reception to welcome guests, only 2 housekeeping guys who maintain the hotel, they do everything including housekeeping, breakfast preparation, address any queries etc. no body is taking responsibility of any stuff there. It is very difficult to travel to reach out to any hotels by walk, you need to walk atleast 2 km to find any hotels for differ, location is also pathetic. You will not get good breakfast eventhough they charge for room breakfast.

exceeded all expectations! The location is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help. Loved the homely vibes and delicious food. Definitely coming back for another stay

Road for the hotel little bit difficult for the beginners.
We liked having a balcony, the view was good. The place was a little away from town which we liked, not too far to walk. We declined breakfast, it was served too early for us. They connected us to someone who helped us with a cab to our next destination. Nice folks, nice place.

Road is very very bad. Vehicle wheel got stuck. No clear sign boards. No facilities in the hotel. Breakfast is bad . Not recommended. Avoid this hotel or stay. Electric kettle is giving foul smell. No room heater.

Nothing is good in hotel viz location, staff and room. Very bad experience first time.
Very bad experience. After reciepet of confirm booking from booking. com i along with family reached the hotel at 2pm. Approach road was very dangrous. No staff was available in hotel to receive the guest. After searching here and there one old cleaning man contacted the one person and when i told him that i have booking in your hotel. He denied for the checkin. He told that we donot have any room. Suggest that such hotels should be removed from the booking. Com. Otherwise booking. com should take the responsibility for any legel action in consumer court against the hotel and booking confirmation authority for the Financial and mental harrashment of customer.
nothing to like except brand name 'fab'
no service given, evem breakfast was not properly available.other day too many people arrived and breakfast was not available.
room was so dirty full of spider,no fans no ac in room as mentioned in site.even filtered water for drink not available.they gave us one water cane which is also not clean.
no manager availanle on property. there was dispute over money as we booked from book.com and there is dispute between fabhotel group and booking.com.
