Had a reservation issue but fortunately Mr Yash was very very helpful in sorting thing out.

They confirmed the booking and took 30% advance upon our arrival there was no room available and the staff didn’t entertained us and we didn’t even got refund of our advance, fab spring is not a hotel they are just brokers and the phones don’t go through and no one answers

Room wasn't clean. Mosquitos were biting. Exhaust fan wasn't working in bathroom.
We did not get a room in the hotel after booking in advance and had to pay extra money to take the hotel. Booking.com is not right and should never be trusted.

Property was really convenient, very close to the train station.
They had a lovely friendly dog.
The room had been freshly painted but the smell was still really strong and I woke up with a bad headache the next morning.
Also it looked like a child had painted the room as there was paint on / in a lot of places it shouldn't have been.
The drain for the shower was blocked and backed up whilst I had a shower.
