Pros:

We rented two family rooms.
The property was electrically unsafe, live wires on the top bunk were just taped up. Also, there was no safety rail to prevent someone from falling during sleeping, the side was open. So my child did not sleep there!
4 people to a family room and one loo roll was given each time I wanted some, until I said there are 4 people in the room.
Dined in the hotel restaurant first day and we only ordered a small amount but the food came over the course of an hour, not starters then main but a complete mix. When the bill came they added over 700Rs for tip charges and over 700Rs for tax. Way too much for what they should have done.
The pool was dirty, it had dead flies in it as well as plant debris.
The fridge was not working so they sent a repair man and worked after but not for long.
I believe there were bed bugs in the bunk beds as my children got bites on therir legs whilst in the bunks.
The only person that was genuinely pleasant was the tall security man who got a tip before we left.
There was a constant sewer smell in the evening near the reception.

Newly refurbished hotel with a great pool. Friendly and accommodating front of house staff. I recommend this hotel.
