Pathetic and forgettable experience in one of the dirtiest parts of the dirty city of Patna.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a dirty neighbourhood. There were heaps of rubbish in front of the hotel.
The hotel, which is located in the third floor of a building had solid waste littered in front of the reception.

Our rooms were infested with mosquitoes that gave us two nights of poor sleep. The linens were not exactly clean. The reception was very unfriendly. We were asked to pay upfront for our stay (found it a bit unusual to our experience in other hotels booked through Booking.com) and the payment was made to a source whose name was never intimated to us.

I kept wondering about the links between Booking.com and Fab Hotels and the hotel where we stayed. Such indirect links might have made the accommodation a poor value for our money.

When i showed up the hotel with my family after 9 hour drive, i was told there are no reservation on my name. This was a fully paid reservation. The property asked me to produce the voucher from expedia. But i never received any. After 2 hours spent at the property, we had to go looking for another hotel in a city we were in for the first timr. It was late night and i had 2 women with me. Absolute nightmare. Expedia didnt have any rep to respond to us. Will never use expedia again

Convenient budget hotel with above par standard for the money.
Pros:

Super value for money, spacious rooms well decked out. Located close to WALMI hence the choice hotel for government servants coming for departmental exams. The staff is courteous.

Cons:

The restaurant food is oily.
