good location but no flexible breakfast and room was humid
Pros:

very good location, overall the room was clean and the night staff guy was super friendly!

Cons:

Humidity smell:
- we got a room in the basement which was not indicated in the description, therefore the room smell like humidity even by opening the windows
- we got a cockroach in the room.
Breakfast:
- no flexible arrangement: the hotel is offering breakfast which deliver to your room, the staff is not flexible at all on the hours to deliver the breakfast. They have different hours possible between 7am and 9am but if another has already indicated a time, then you cannot choose it as well, meaning that sometimes the only hours available are quiet early and no possibility to have it later.
- choice of the breakfast: possibility to choose what you want for the breakfast out of a menu card but everything you choose is for every person in the room, with no flexibility to choose for the quantity , e.g., if one person wants coffee you will get coffee for 4 people, which let us with way too much food and had to throw some away

Posizione eccellente nel pelourinho ma al tempo stesso in una area non così caotica. Reception H24. Stanza molto ampia. Colazione in camera con orario concordato.

Cons:

Mancanza ascensore per valigie. Struttura che potrebbe essere manutenuta meglio. Cattivo odore dal lavandino nella giornata di pioggia.
