All good but beadsheets were not clean . In one room geaser was not working.

Good staff but poor facilities and overpriced for the condition of the property.
Pros:

The staff and service were good. The people working there are helpful and friendly. The response time for cleaning and providing towels or water bottles was quick.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a steep hill and the parking space is very narrow. The building is old and only partially renovated, and there is no lift. Bathrooms were not functioning properly — faucets and toilets were not working well, and hot water (geyser) takes around 30 minutes.

Also, the booking experience through Booking.com was not good. Initially the hotel allowed 3 people per room, and the price shown included that. Later the hotel changed the policy to only 2 people per room, and said they cannot match the price because the booking conditions were different. Breakfast was also not included.

Overall, the property is not worth the price of ₹10,500 for 2 nights for 6 people without breakfast. If you walk in directly, the same rooms are available for around ₹8,000–₹9,000 with Breakfast.Because of this, I would not recommend booking through Booking.com for this hotel.

Great staff
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and great service. Hotel staff helped us getting supplies from market even when it was snowing. I liked their great helping nature.
Hotel is 3km up from the Naini lake. There is a beautiful nature walking path downhill. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Cons:

No electric kettle for the room was provided.
