Yes I stayed and my Room no 202 and also hotel charge extra 700 from me so that room cost me almost

Pros:

Location is very good, just next to Clock Tower, Landour. The owner was very helpful and he even came at Taxi Stand to pick us up.

The owner is very friendly and very helpful. We had amazing conversation and we enjoyed Pahari dinner recommended by Hotel owner.

Except location & hotel management behaviour, nothing is good.
Pros:

Not only this hotel, every fab hotel is the same problem. I have booked two fab hotel—one is this & other was in Dehradun (fab hotel the bird house).After reaching, fab hotel person is requesting that “Please cancel this booking or nothing to do)—- Reason for their own extra profit , not for profit of booking.com.

Cons:

After paying the full amount, I have asked about “Geyser “ , most probably manger said to me that There is no problem about that. But after many trying, hot water is not coming—- the main reason, geyser was out side the room. Not only that the main geyser switch at the below desk. So, it was totally controlled by hotel , not by any customer. Next, day morning at 6 am , I needed hot water. But at 8 am , geyser started . So, hot water is not necessary for me. But I have paid Rs. 2300 .

Pros:

Nice hotel with a great view of the mountains. The room was as pictured. The hotel is in a fairly quiet(ish) area, a short walk from the main shopping and dining area.

Cons:

The room was advertised as having a fireplace, but it didn't have one. The shower did produce hot water but we had to remove the showerhead so that there was enough pressure for a shower.
