Pros:

I had a terrible experience! My hotel room was infested with red ants. I contacted management multiple times to have it corrected but they didn't seem to care. My garbage wasn't picked up and my room wasn't cleaned regularly. I also requested an iron and never received one . Customer service was terrible.

Pros:

This was our first time to Surat so we chose this hotel because of the convenient location and easy access to anywhere in the city. The area is extremely busy, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our time here. Our stay was 20 nights, so by the time we left it felt like home. The Kamats restaurant was fantastic and the staff/service was amazing. We highly recommend staying at VITS Hotel - Surat.
