Pros:

Worst exerience, no buffet breakfast.only room service with limited item(2 nos) and quantity was also restricted.
Per plate only 2 nos small uttapam.

Pre check in charges was taken but no bill given.

Room size is very small for the amount charged.

Pros:

This hotel was a lot expensive considering it's location and condition. Outside of the hotel is dark and hard to see hotel's sign/name. Front entrance of the hotel is smelly and dirty.
Room condition: Our room was very small - just the bed itself takes the whole room. There's no window; bathroom was small but clean and functional. Breakfast option was very limited. There's no good restaurant or other facility within walking distance.
Staff: Although the front desk staff was polite, some of the staff need little more training and politeness with smiley faces. The guard's behavior was unacceptable - he asked our taxi to stay out of the gate but we had large suitcases - so my husband had to talk to him separately. Same for the day we checked in - it was late at night and asked the guard if it was the right hotel, he was about to give us wrong info for us to drive away.
This hotel is in an odd location - next to a railway colony - that's it - no other facilities for travelers to use. So, unless you have no other options, don't just book this hotel seeing it's picture online.
