The staff (both waiters and management in the lobby) were exceptionally courteous and did all they could to assist me with any queries. The hotel is very clean and very well run.

Everything. The breakfast selection was great, beds comfortable and the staff were very professional and friendly. Could not fault this hotel in any way. Have stayed at 5 star hotels during my holiday in India and this has been above those hotels
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Aketa. The Hotel staff provided us the best services- Guest Services including front desk staff and restaurant staff. All went over and above to assist us. The room is fully equipped with all amenities. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay here and we would stay here again, next time we visit Dehradun.
Excellent spread, but could do with a greater variety of non-vegetarian stuff. The location was just right.
A clean, beautiful, comfortable Hotel near the city center, with supportive Staff and high level quality food. We strongly suggest to visit Aketa.
Breakfast was exceptional. Big and tasty spread. The hotel was located a little set-off from the road (behind a big lawn)., which gave it a nice setting. The gym facilities were appreciated. Overall, it was nice and quiet indoors.
The dinner food menu was misleading. Even talking to the staff didn't clarify things. However, after getting served items I wasn't expecting, the staff did provide me with a complementary basic salad. Drinks were expensive .
Comfortable and modern hotel with friendly staff. I was alone and felt looked after by them. I booked a single room but they gave me a double and they also gave me free breakfast for four days (because I was annoyed about the service charge on the room rate!). The location is fine - although it's on the main road of Dehradun, it's set away from the highway, so it's quiet. There are many restaurants nearby. Ama cafe is the best.
