I am not satisfied

The whole bathroom was very dirty and the drainage line was not working …. When I took shower and came out it was like a swimming pool and water was stagnant and not moving …. It was a puddle pond…and wasn’t clean …. There were hairs on the bed in the bathroom on the floor everywhere

Best staff and well maintained

Loved everything everyone but location away from the city! You can book a cab but expensive. If you come with your own car, it is very good. Restaurants are great!

Lovely modern hotel built in the historic style, with friendly service and tasty vegetarian food. Recommended.

Amazing hotel on the outskirts of Navsari. Dinner / buffet was superb with a wide variety of different food. The swimming pool was clean and staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely return.

Overall good experience

Overall, the hotel looks stunning from the outside. Its a shame the location of the property is a bit strange. It is right outside a busy carriageway/motorway where if you are located at the front there is a lot of Horning from the vehicles day and night.
Not enough toilet roll was provided for the rooms. The games room apparently had a bowling alley but was closed due to government sanctions but no one at the hotel could give a further explanation. We arrived in early September so it was not very busy.
I believe its a fairly new hotel so it is probably still trying to find its place.
Nice clean hotel shame about the location

Our stay at Uday Palace, a Radisson member, was truly exceptional, thanks to the impeccable service provided by the outstanding staff. Manish from the front desk tailored our room to perfection, while Priya, Limani, and Rohit ensured every request was promptly attended to. Mukesh Patel and Aman from housekeeping maintained impeccable cleanliness and went the extra mile. Sanjeet at the restaurant and Mayan from in-room dining ensured our dining experience was flawless.

Narrotam Bishi, the front office manager, exemplified leadership and commitment to satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly. Ashish, the concierge, greeted us warmly, and Aman, the security guard, never failed to brighten our day.

Every encounter with the staff was incredible, highlighting the hotel's underrated excellence. However, the inability to open the balcony was disappointing. Installing nets for insect protection should be considered, as keeping balconies shut seems excessive for a five-star hotel. As a loyal patron, I expect more from the Radisson brand, and if unresolved, I'll have to leave a negative review.

I booked a Standard Room with Balcony. However, I was disappointed to find that the balcony was inaccessible as it was locked. This was not mentioned during the booking process

Furthermore, the room faced towards the highway, resulting in significant noise disturbances throughout the night. As a guest, I would advise against booking standard rooms, especially for those who are sensitive to noise.

Additionally, I’d like to address the service at the restaurant. Despite placing my order promptly, I experienced a considerable delay of nearly an hour before receiving my meal. This was quite frustrating and detracted from the overall dining experience.
