Review of Hotel Rajmahal empaneled with Hotel.com
Pros:

The utility service was horrible. The Airconditioning did not work for all the three days of my stay, and the Hotel people did nothing to fix it. The Health faucet in toilet was leaking and although it was brought to the notice of the hotel management no initiative was done to repair it. Complimentary breakfast means a single bread pakora and vara pav wrapped in newspaper, and if you ask for another one, they will refuse, or will ask you to buy at additional cost. Toilets are never cleaned, Towels are not provided unless you ask for it...No other toiletries provided..You will be provided with a plastic chair with the working table only if you ask for it...Location is not good, it is in a warehouse complex..Rooms are extremely claustrophobic. I am surprised that Hotel.com can empanel such a hotel under their banner. They should do a field visit and justify for themselves if they are justifying their empanelment.
