FabHotel Well Stay

My experience at the Fab Hotel located in Sector 71, Noida, remained undeniably unsatisfactory, leaving much to be desired in terms of both accommodation and service. Despite the prime location in a vibrant area of Noida that promised convenience and accessibility, the hotel fell short in several aspects. The amenities provided did not meet the standards I expected, and the staff interactions unfortunately lacked the warmth and efficiency that could have enhanced my stay. Overall, the visit to this establishment proved to be underwhelming, failing to deliver the comfortable and enjoyable hospitality experience I was anticipating.

Overall, the visit to this establishment proved to be underwhelming, failing to deliver the comfortable and enjoyable hospitality experience I was anticipating.Firstly There were no any poster found inside the hotel or outside of hotel, that is a big question about the hotel. Even maximum outsider does not know about the hotels identity. There are many different about the room provided and what was shown during booking. Payment policy is very bad. 30% advance payment made during booking but once you reached in hotel, balance 70% have to pay immediately at reception counter. Hotel receptionist will not allow for check in without full payment and they will not wait till check out. Although reschedule policy is available in online booking but it will not effect at hotel. Once you booked for 3 nights stay or more , after arrival at hotel you can not check out before last date. one request was made for reschedule during arrival at hotel and another was before a day (24hrs). In both cases request was declined by the hotel. I stayed many other hotel but this was my first worst experienced. Whether you stay or not but you have to pay full payment. No customer care, hotel authority or booking website (booking.com) took any responsibility. There is no own resturant of the hotel. False statement shown during the booking. Actually cheated by both the hotel authority and the booking website. Food brought from out side the hotel and took more money. Quality of food is not satisfactory.

Offering other worse place to stay which is not even worth 300 to stay
Fought with staff to change it to actual hotel
Even the actual hotel is bad with no cleanliness and smoking smell. Not worth the price paid
Above floor toilet is visible to lower floor toilet, I don't when that will fall down
Room cupboard has lot of staff items and store room items
