Tolles Hotel - leider zu wenig Personal und zu wenig gepflegt
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof mit Anbindung an den ÖV ist super! Auch das Konzept mit kleiner Küchenzeile schätze ich sehr - so kann man auch mal eine Mahlzeit selbst zubereiten. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn auch etwas überfordert. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen.
Preis/Leistung steht aber in einem guten Verhältnis!

Cons:

Ich war innerhalb eines Jahres dreimal in diesem Hotel und musste leider eine krasse Verschlechterung in punkto Sauberkeit feststellen. Besonders Lift/Treppenhaus/Eingangsbereich/Müllraum waren diesmal echt schmutzig. Da viele Gäste im Frühstcksbereichtagsüber Kaffee trinken oder essen, aber nie jemand die Tische putzt, macht das einen ziemlich schmuddeligen Eindruck, zumal man auf dem Weg zum Lift da vorbeimuss. Weitere Beispiele: Der Mülleimer vor dem Hotel war randvoll und wurde nicht geleert. Schade!
Im Zimmer war der Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt und die gesamte Küche voller fettiger Fingerabdrücke. Natürlich hätten wir uns vor Ort beschweren können, aber an der Rezeption war jeweils nur eine Person und die Hölle los.
Ich denke mal, hier wird einfach krass am Personal gespart, was sehr schade ist, denn eigentlich wäre das ein tolles Hotel.

Pros:

Her şey harikaydı
Odalar tertemizdi , giriş katında ücretsiz içecek ikramı vardı. Kaleye gitmek için 22 nolu trene bindik ama hiç sorun olmadı. Tren istasyonunun dibindeydi. Rahat vardık rahat döndük. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü.

Will definitely visit again
Pros:

I was in an apartment with kitchenette. It was amazing. The bath had a big shower with a retractable rope for hanging clothes to dry. There was a lot of storage space. The kitchen had a dishwasher. There was a hairdryer, ironing utensils and even a heater.

2 mins walk to Train, and bus stations. Clean studio.

Cons:

The asymmetrical dining table (can bump easily) . Can hear outdoor noise even when window closed.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt und vom nahen Bahnhof hat man nichts gehört.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war minimalistisch für den Preis. Der Frühstücksbereich war nicht sauber. Die Tische haben so gewackelt, dass man nicht daran sitzen könnte und wurden nicht abgewischt

Great hotel with Air Conditioning
Pros:

Loved the AIR CONDITIONING!! When too hot to sleep in a heat wave, a/c here made it perfect. Kitchenette was nice touch. Bathroom sink had room for toiletries. Staff very nice and professional. Will look for Aparthotel in future. Great location literally beside train station.

A great place to stay in Heidleberg
Pros:

The property was clean and the laundry room was a great asset The location was great too. Sophie was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. She effectively served the dual role of receptionist and concierge in assisting me and my ten year old son. A comfortable and beautiful stay
