Guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Apartments sind sehr schön von der Einrichtung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Besonders das Brot könnte frischer sein.

Very comfy and clean, i would definetly go back again

The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean.

離火車站方便，走路散步就可以到附近的超市逛逛，去海德堡坐公車，公車站就在火車站前。整體而言非常舒服

They were very flexible,I had to change my travel dates due to the bad weather conditions in Germany ,and it worked out well

The receptionist upon arrival gave us a list we should read,but the fridge I could not switch on. I went back to the receptionist,and her comment was - in front of other guests- surely you had not read the list,as there it says that if you press the button for ten seconds,it works. I answered politely,as this humiliation is not my style,but I did not want to say in front of others- that instead of this comment- she could have said you just need to push the button for 10 seconds,as it is stated on the list. It would have sounded differently. As I was a flight attendant before, worked in hospitality,travelled quiet a lot. This type of system I surely had not met before,and I had not started to read the A/4 page at my arrival. The receptionist was from eastern European origin,( which is also not a problem) but surely this is not the German standard. Because of it I would not go back,but others may have luck if they do not meet this receptionist,as it is an amazing place.

Pros:

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per 5 notti, ho trovato un ambiente veramente tanto accogliente, pulito e ben gestito. La stanza era veramente ben tenuta con tanta attenzione ai dettagli, dalle cialde del caffè alle capsule per la lavastoviglie. Il bagno, ceco ma ben organizzato con doccia molto grande. E il letto, moooolto comodo

Leider enttäuschend - sieht nett auf den Bildern aus, ist aber in keinem guten Zustand.
Pros:

Lage war gut, Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer sind nicht gut gereinigt; Handtücher und Bettbezug schmutzung; Schrammen an der Wand und kaputte Schranktüren; Couch koplett durchgesessen; zu wenig Personal - bei zwei Besuchen, musste ich auf Personal an Rezeption lange warten; Ungünstiger Grundriss - zu viele Türen die in Laufwege öffnen.

Erfüllt den Zweck, gute Preis-Leistung
Pros:

Praktisch wenn man vom Bahnhof kommt, gute Küche und gutes Bad, gute Organisation

Cons:

Man schaut direkt auf die Bahnhofsgleise, Altstadt ist leicht mim Bus zu erreichen aber zu Fuß muss man durch verkehrsreiche Straßen. Kein Esstisch vorhanden, dafür 2 Schreibtische (haben wir umfungiert).
