Hotel Imperial Dusseldorf, Sure Collection by BW

Personale molto gentile e cordiale.

Es war sauber und es gibt eine Tiefgarage.
Aber es ist leider sehr hellhörig.
Ansonsten ist das Personal echt super lieb und hilfsbereit.

Personal war sehr nett,auch das Frühstück war ok

Das Zimmer war voller Insekten obwohl beim Check-in keine Fenster offen waren und die Gardienen sind im Bad fast abgefallen, hängen am seiden Faden!

Fint hotell just utanför gamla stan. Finns mycket resturanger och cafeer i närheten. Stora ljusa rum och sköna sängar. Rekomenderas.

Zimmer war groß und sauber. Frühstück war fantastisch und es gab einen Parkplatz zum
Mieten in der Tiefgarage. Lage ist auch gut.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Gefehlt hat ein großer Spiegel, ein Kaffee-oder Getränkeautomat für späte Stunden und der Fön hatte keinerlei Leistung.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in der Summe jedoch stimmig. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Ne kadar ekmek o kadar köfte

Excellent location, with plenty of restaurants nearby, only a short walk from the U Bahn taking you to the altstadt, messe or HBF very fast. The hotel is nice and comfortable

I have stayed in this hotel the last 5 times that ive worked in dusseldorf, i will book it again the next time work brings me here

Hôtel un peu vieillot

Spent one night, it was allright - a bit noisy for my liking but i slept well. Beds were comfortable!
I could pretty much hear people watch tv through the walls, paperthin!

But it felt very calm and of course a good location.
A bit old with a small elevator, but i kind of liked it anyway.
Didn't try breakfast

Back at our usual hotel everytime we are in Dusseldorf. I paid for a single room but got a slight upgrade to a double bed room but honestly, if it were 2 persons sharing, this would have been quite a squeeze. But me being alone, this was more than comfortable. Service staff are super nice and friendly, from front desk to breakfast service and housekeeping. Basic clean room, but bed and pillow are both too soft for my liking. Bathroom is clean, water pressure of the shower is good but the hair dryer is weak. 

Location is rather convenient, with a direct bus to the Messe Centre, just 1 min walk away. There's also a Rewe supermarket just round the corner and quite some restaurants in the vicinity. 

Breakfast spread is limited but I love the breads they offer and that's all I needed. On the morning of the last day, I left before breakfast operating hours and they had these packs ready for guests leaving early, with sandwiches, egg and fruit. How lovely.

a good location with nice restaurants and shops nearby, the Altstadt is 2 stops on the U Bhan

My room on the 5th floor has a sloping ceiling. Everything else about the hotel is good. Perfectly clean, good comfortable bed, helpful receptionist, decent breakfast.

Acceptable but nothing special

Zimmer sind ok, allerdings zur Straße sehr laut, leider, da es ohne offene Fenster nicht zum schlafen war. Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage. Ansonsten alles ok.

Parking sur place et à proximité du tramway. Personnel très accueillant.
