My stay was outstanding, rooms was nicely decorated, and meal was too good

Proximity to Allahabad University and the nearby junctions was good. No problem getting public transport.

So wonderful experience on stay , facilities are very good, there are lift facilities and rooms is spacious with nicely decorated, so this hotel is very good family

Very poor maintenance

Worst experience at exorbitant prices

The hotel is safe for family, I stayed with my parents and thanks god lift is working condition, because my parents are 90+ and we are csme to prayagraj for darshan of sangam , the rooms is so good and clean bedsheet, washroom is good

The lighting is good on hotel rooms , lift is working condition, staff was helpful, and nice. Rooms was very good and spacious

The hotel has strangely amazing reviews online due to which we booked the place. However, the situation was totally opposite. The rooms were dirty and full of mosquitoes, and lizards who would welcome you to the bathroom. The hot water facility was challenging and the food options were not even basic.
Even if I go ahead and talk about the brand FabHotels the customer support is also not apt. I had done a premium room booking for two adult ladies and did the booking in my name. When I reached there with my friend and we were about to check in they asked me to pay extra charges for the extra person. I was so baffled because the premium room accommodates two adults and that was what I booked. However,they didn't co-operate or give us a logical understanding of the expenses.They didn't even reimburse the advance I had paid for which I must have received a 100 msgs back to back the day I had booked until I made the payment.
We were two ladies and it was already evening and the team just outrightly exploited our situation.

When I told the receptionist that I will write a review on this they tried to pacify us by giving a better room but even that had poor infrastructure with broken window sils, non working geyser and no towels or complimentary water for the guests.I have attached the image of the mattress given to us and that too was changed after continuous request of two hours.
I don't know if this is a specific experience or if it is the general experience for all.
Except for one service guy Himanshu (who really tried to be nice and got us shifted from our so called Premium room) I have no words for others.

The city Prayagraj had been the best experience for us with gentle and honest people and thoughtful arrangements.This hotel however where we thought we would rest was the bad memory of this trip .

Staff is hopeless

We were cheated there. They brought us to a residential apartment since they sold our room to another customer and made us stay in an apartment and asked for more money since it was a festival time. We were asked to pay for 2 rooms when we stayed in one room.

Horrible experience!
