Location was good staff are friendly
In breakfast buffet there are less selection and food taste was not so good
And we experienced so noises from other room at late night that's why we not sleep well at night

We were charged extra for the children, whereas we had already Mentioned about the kids in booking.com. We were charged an exorbitant amount for adding kids and for a small room. The extra beds made lot of noise and the room size was very small for a suite size and also for the price we paid .

Room was damp and cleanliness was not good. Food was not tasty
What was good : staff, breakfast was ok, juice bottle were not cleaned.
The pictures of room are not correct , please verify if you still go ahead. I was given 510 which is very old room very unlike the pictures shown. bathroom very dirty with hair on floor from previous occupant. For the amount charged , zero value. I was in a hurry for darshan hence accepted
Good experience overall.
Room size was good for 2 but little smaller for 3 people when the additional bed was put on.
Food can be improved a little. most of the items were to be refilled often and have to wait. Also the room service plates kept outside in walkway were not cleaned up overnight.

We had the worst experience as Regenta place Raysons Kolhapur team didn’t give any room to senior citizens group who had reached the hotel at 11.00 pm..
Despite of showing the booking confirmation mail from booking.com , they didn’t give any rooms..
Unfortunately our guests had to leave from the Rayson’s property & made reservations through MAKE MY TRIP in another hotel..
WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOOKING.COMTEAM AS WELL RAYSON TEAM FOR LEAVING THE SENIOR CITIZENS IN HELPLESS SITUATION.
