NON PROFESSIONAL RECEPTION, WAS FORMER NICE HOTEL, NOW UNDER FULL RENOVATION/RECONSTRUCTION!

We are happy with the staff hospitality and good stay
Pros:

Very much satisfied. Restaurant is good. Food preparation and taste is good.

Cons:

Only the accommodation for drivers should be changed. It should be near the main building or near the entrance with good facilities.

Pros:

Hotel was under remodeling which was naturally not advertised during booking, so there was a general look and feel of dust everywhere. There was a general feel of uncleanliness in the family rooms I paid for. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell. The bedsheet was not clean when we walked in but they replaced it right away. The restaurant food was just average, not recommended even for coffee (they offer Nescafé which is a pity considering Kumbakonum degree coffee is amazing). Better to go to nearby Balaji Bhavan for meals.
Staff was fine, professional. Location is good. There’s a separate shared accommodation for drivers.

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very helpful and their service was excellent as well as the food.

Cons:

A/c cooling was a bit low. The washrooms could been more cleaner.

Cons:

AC was not good and I have never seen this old brand. After 2-3 checks by the staff, it started working, but not so good. Very complicated to operate AC. Please change the AC to some good brands.
