AC wasn't working properly
Wifi works just one day with the password. However, its causing lot of inconvenience as the connection was not strong and disconnects most of the time

Pros:

Room size is good enough & comfortable. Hot water was available. Room was neat & clean. Breakfast in the restaurant is tasty and person overseeing the counter was courteous/helpful.

Best Location in Nagercoil
Pros:

The location is excellent—right opposite the Vadasery bus stand, making it very convenient and easily accessible. You can travel to any part of the city with ease. The hotel features an in-house restaurant and bar, adding to the overall comfort. Rooms are clean and well-maintained.

However, one downside is the lack of mobile charging points near the bed; the only available socket is near the TV, which can be inconvenient. This is one area where the hotel could improve.

The staff is courteous and helpful. While the stay may feel slightly on the expensive side, the prime location justifies the price. You have the advantage of being able to move around freely, day or night.

Positive:Very near the bus stand with a good restaurant, helping and courteous staff
Negatives: washrooms require repair, toilet seat was broken and not clean , room was never cleaned even though we stayed for 4 days, water replacement or room cleaning enquiry was not done, towels not replaced..room size was a bit smaller than expected
