Behaviour of the staff was not at all cordial ( especially a man named Yasir). Room provided was infested with mosquitoes.
Till 1 AM there was thudding & screeching sound of heavy furniture shifting from the adjacent rooms.

Pros:

altho it's very near to airport only that is one plus point but the amount is okies mid range my breakfast was not included and in that amount.

I had requested early checking near 11 a.m. i landed 7:00 a.m. Mumbai to Kochi the reception guy was like check in time is 12pm I mean I have travelling since 3am and have requested in advance then what's your issue to give me a room I have to waited more than half hours to get just to get my room I had paid in advance I had requested in advance then what's the issue he was like all the rooms of there is one room is getting ready for you I mean don't u check your text and emails? so that part I didn't like that all and I will not recommend place

I recently stayed at Amigos Residency and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did a great job ensuring everything was neat and hygienic. The bed was comfortable, and all the essential amenities were available and in good working condition.
One of the highlights of my stay was the courteous and professional staff. They were always approachable, helpful, and willing to assist with any requests, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.
The property's location is another major advantage, offering convenient access to nearby Cochin Airport and transportation facilities. Despite being in an accessible location, the overall environment was peaceful and pleasant.
The Breakfast and hospitality were also commendable. The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and the staff's attention to detail contributed greatly to a memorable stay.

friendliest staff with the best amentiies!
Pros:

Absolutely loved my one night stay here. The staff were so incredibly friendly, and upgraded me to a larger room upon arrival. The room was extremely clean, with a large shower + towels and toiletries all provided. The room also had bottled water and a kettle with coffee + tea. Highly recommend for a quick stay before heading to your next location - the staff will make you feel at home!
