Espantoso nunca en mi vida volvería a reservar, y no se los recomiendo

Pésimo, soy extranjera y no me quiso recibir el recepcionista, era la 1 am y me dijo que no aceptaba extranjeros y eso que había pagado el adelanto que me pidieron para reservar el hotel.
Totalmente decepcionante!
El lugar es horrible no se los recomiendo.

Pathetic experience
Pros:

Fabhotels looked advance of Rs821 when therebis no tie up with the hotel La Sarene. When I repeatedly asked for refund, they raised a false bill with a different hotel ( without my consent) and thereby didn't refund .

Cons:

The false commitment and the trouble I faced. Eventually I paid almost double than what I booked initially. Many of the basic services were missing like towels, blanket, water service. The floor including the bathroom were dirty with no bins, not even a single chair or table to dine. This is a very old property and most with no breakfast, lunch and dinner facility
