AC was not working. Water in washroom were not available. Cistern , Shower were not working. Room cleanness even towels were very poor quality with a bad smell. Hangers in wardrobe were in very less quantities for a couple I mean double accomodation. Pillow covers were very dirty. Had very much poor experience in this hotel as per it's room rent. Too much disappointed about their services in all manners. Like to suggest other traveller that please don't this hotel for night stay with double accomodation.
Their room service, uncleanness of room, wash room, AC even bed roll like pillow cover, bed sheet, towels.
Absolutely disaster! We had to leave the hotel before the checkout time, because the manager on night duty was drunk and was abusive to me and my old mother (a senior citizen).
Unsafe for single women and women in general at night because of drunk and rowdy staffs.

I just wanted a hotel near howrah junction and all the other hotel were booked, so I booked this and thought a night won't hurt.
Well I don't know it was my luck or something that my room's mattress was worse then I've ever slept on. The morning I got up, I was crying in pain. After inspecting I've found that the mattress was very old. I couldn't clearly touch and feel the steel springs which I didn't notice due to a hectic day earlier.
I think I've to got to a doctor and got it checked.
Their service actually, but how can I dislike something that didn't exist. It's my bad.

We know that the checkout time was 11-12 but I had a train at 6.30 so I told them I will be leaving at 4-4.30 pm but they did not agree instead they wanted the full amount of a room only from some hours so I was bound to give the full amount,extra 2k is too much for only 1-3 hrs
That was something not understandable
Not close to Howrah. Very poor entrance that creates unsafe feeling. No shutter lock in window. No air circulation. No water in the morning at toilet and poor management. Booking.com should be more careful in selection of hotel and to recommend to the Traveller.
