The receptionist was friendly and showed me the location as another hotel in the same area had a similar name and was connected.The price was reasonable and provides a basic room in a secure environment .The hot water system was not working on arrival but they took it away and repaired it the next day which was good because in cool water cold water is not good.
Fabhotel do the same thing all the time .They advertise no prepayment but as soon as I make an appointment they send me a statement wanting prepayment which is hard for foreign tourists to pay into an Indian bank. .The room was basic but would be more presentable if it was given a fresh coat of paint as the room walls appeared dirty and marked .The bed sheets were badly stained and if replaced would give a better presentation .The room was not soundproof as it was next to the reception with large talking and music till late at night .It didn't worry me but may concern other guests . When I locked the door from the inside , the door locked but the key would not open the door and the receptionist had to help me to get the door opened .I had to bang on the door to get assistance to open the door .There were about 10 unfriendly dogs near the entrance to the hotel that were barking at me and I had to walk around the back way to get the hotel to dodge the dogs

Very dirty n messy room.. Dustbin dirty.. Bathroom chock n block with hair n other dirt..chair was broken..Ac not working properly..do not select this hotel..not at all good for value for money..very much worst hotel..i request remove from booking dot com.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was not super clean. We were changed the room as ours didn’t have hot water. We really appreciated that. The overall experience was pleasant, but with better room maintenance, it could be a great place to stay.

Unhelpful staff no English = ( zero),, cancelled my booking had to rescue it by paying twice no breskfast am,, I said ,oj then cancel = refund, made other booking,, but no refund then stuck etc etc good hotel for Hindi speaking locals but not at all for tourists,, beware ta T
I had a very good time staying at the JPM Harshdeep Hotel while I was there, the staff who took care of me were wonderful.
Someone connected with the property used an authorisation cookie that they took from my WiFi access to give the hotel a 10 rating on booking.com. This led me to change several passwords, probably unnecessarily. If you stay there and care about your data, use a VPN.
