Space is ok

Cons:

but quality of room is pathetic. Staff is not allowed you early checkin. Torn bedsheets. Plywood is in bad shape. No room freshener.

property was changed without informing the customer...customer care was untrained and do not able to understand the customer problem.
Fab hotel was my biggest mistake of and would never repeat the booking through booking.com or never recommend to anyone. Will try to spread the experience to maximum people so that no one goes for booking.com and fab hotel

There were no amenities in the bathroom .

Restaurant staff never pick up the calls and they don't deliver food in the room. Even after asking twice or thrice about food they shamelessly accept that they forget about the order.

No ac remote
Tv was not working
No Refrigerator
Badsheet was extremely dirty .
There was no window in the room
No drinking water facility.
