Passable, can find better options in the same or lower amount.
Pros:

Close to all the heritage sites - Golden Temple, Partition Museum etc. Spacious Rooms.

Cons:

Hot water not coming. Staff responded very slowly to every request

I would not book this hotel ever again. It’s filthy, hard to find with tiny unnoticeable sign. It’s also known as the Global hotel indicative of the main sign. We opted for the breakfast option but quickly realized we wouldn’t eat anything here. Since we booked with the option of breakfast on Expedia, we inquired in the morning past 8 when checking out where the dining hall breakfast was? We were told breakfast was served in the room starting at 8 am. Needless to say they take your money for a tiny filthy room with no fridge, tv works sporadically. Stay away from this place, it’s a sham. It shouldn’t be on Expedia.

Pros:

This was a very nice hotel that's well staffed and clean. The room overlooks the Jallianwala Bagh park so very close to all the major landmarks. I would stay here again if I was to return to Amritsar.

Cons:

So firstly the name given on this site does not correspond to the name on top of the door. It’s Global Inn hotel which they need to put on the site as we walked around for around an hour in circles. Ringing the contact number for general help and enquiry was useless as the person on the other side just kept transferring us.
