Pros:

Had a really great experience at the property. The suite apartment was really spacious, well lit and neatly maintained with almost every amenity one could ask for. Special thanks and mention to Mr. Abhinav Prasad (Asst Housekeeping manager) who was so warm and supportive to us throughout our stay - he made sure to cater to every request of ours and actually go above and beyond to offer more than what we asked.

broken glass water bottle was kept in room , we even drank from it only to notice much later that a piece of glass was missing from the crack site, the staff did apologise and by Gods grace nothing Hazardeous happened to us but very careless room service, no words
the location and access to the rooms was poor, we had to take a lift to top walk to cross building then go down with another very small like service lift, I wonder what is the emergency escape , very disappointing
moreover my family member was on wheel chair, no consideration from front desk staff to give room closer to elevator in the main building

I was very impressed with the level of hospitality they offer, the staff at this place is simply excellent. Each and every person I spoke to only tried to make my experience better.
The associate at the reception desk upgrade my booking to a premium one. The floor staff help me with my luggage, got my deliveries from outside, room service staff paid attention to detail, the management at the Hill View lounge caters to each and every request.
Long story short, I cannot recommend this place more.

Excellent Apartments.
Pros:

We stayed here for the last week at the end of a long trip. The executive apartments experience was outstanding. The spacious rooms, layout, appliances, room servicing, Jonsy in particular, comfortable beds, laundry and all other amenities were spot on. We had a most relaxing end to our long visit, and thank the manager and staff for their courtesy, attention to detail and friendly attitude - they certainly deserve their high star rating.
Additionally, the food in Hillview Restaurant and Mizuki Asian fusion restaurant was first class and reasonably priced.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this establishment if we were in this part of the world again. Exceptionally good venue for business travellers.

Enjoyable festival lunch away from the city.
Pros:

We recently went to Hillview Cafe at Marriot Executive Apartments, Navi Mumbai for The Diwali Affair. ( Lunch). The reception was cordial and the ambience was also good. Our booking was for 1230 hrs, but we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the management to organize the buffet. But it was worth waiting.
There was variety of salads and the normal soups. I liked a special soup Khow Suey, , a south Asian noodle soup with Burmese origin. It tasted very well. There was a combination of Chicken keema with Pav and normal Pav Bhaji. Mutto lazeez and Murg Rara were incredible. Murgh Biriyani was a normal one. Fish chilli was fantastic. There was a host of vegetarian dishes. The continental dishes included grilled fish in lemon butter sauce, mushroom fricasse. Frankly speaking, we were able to taste only a few of the dishes available.
The most remarkable was the large spread of desserts. The presentation of the desserts with the two cakes at central place indicated originality and great planning. Nut caramel Entremet was simply mouth watering. Hazlenut Praline with crispy hazlenuts was fantastic. I will never forget the taste of these items. The Indian delicaies Karanji , laddu were ordinary and nothing special.
Overall the lunch was very enjoyable with very courteous service . I noticed that the number of guests were less on a festival day.
