Had a really great experience at the property. The suite apartment was really spacious, well lit and neatly maintained with almost every amenity one could ask for. Special thanks and mention to Mr. Abhinav Prasad (Asst Housekeeping manager) who was so warm and supportive to us throughout our stay - he made sure to cater to every request of ours and actually go above and beyond to offer more than what we asked.

broken glass water bottle was kept in room , we even drank from it only to notice much later that a piece of glass was missing from the crack site, the staff did apologise and by Gods grace nothing Hazardeous happened to us but very careless room service, no words
the location and access to the rooms was poor, we had to take a lift to top walk to cross building then go down with another very small like service lift, I wonder what is the emergency escape , very disappointing
moreover my family member was on wheel chair, no consideration from front desk staff to give room closer to elevator in the main building
