Staff was always at their best and ever ready to meet the challenges with smile. Staff travelled extra mile to fulfil the needs of the guests. Food was delicious and the restaurant staff were absolutely brilliant and pleasant.

Cons:

The owners of the Hotel fail to maintain the quality of the accommodation. We moved from one room to another room 5 times during our stay. There are several issues related to hot water / Air Conditioning/leaking of toilet are the pointers and sometimes bedding remains unchanged. All these concerns were dealt after pointing out to the House keeping Team.The owners are fortunate to have such brilliant staff who go beyond their way to service the reasonable requests of the guests but regrettably the owners do not adequately arm staff. The owners immediately carry out the necessary repairs in each room without any delays. God Bless the staff.
Cleaning staff should also be provided with all detergents and room air fresheners including mops that must be replaced every 2 weeks.
