They didn't allow me to stay and also they cancel my booking,this all happen my arrival .They didn't inform me earlier,I was very upset on that day whether also not good,heavy rain out side
So I am very upset also your booking people why you people not inform about this matter to me as early.In future I didn't trust you people and the hotel Rani Residency.

Disappointing Experience – Unfair Check-in Policy

I booked a room at Rani Residency, Kanyakumari through Booking.com, but when I arrived for check-in, the hotel refused to accommodate me, stating that they do not allow unmarried couples. This policy was not mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com listing at the time of booking.

This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, as I had already made travel plans based on this reservation. If such a rule exists, it should be clearly stated upfront to avoid wasting customers' time and money.

I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which was both stressful and costly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects clear and transparent policies. Be cautious before booking here!
