Utter Disappointment

Room & surrounding bad odour, Geyser not working, middle of the day we were asked to shift to another room. Room service not available at 10:44Pm and 6am in the morning. I have to literally take a lift and physically reach reception to ask for warm water. Ultimately, you need to ask every time which you already expect in the room by its own. Overall a big no going forward.
