I am utterly dissatisfied with what was presented as a "deluxe" room. My room no was 4 The reality was a cramped space that felt anything but. The weak trickle of water from the washbasin was infuriating, and the hard water stains indicated a clear lack of proper maintenance. The non-functioning lift was a significant inconvenience, forcing me to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs – a service I certainly didn't pay for. The baffling placement of the bedroom mirror and the disgustingly unclean and damaged bathroom mirror further compounded the feeling of being completely ripped off.
