100% different from the picture very smelly and dmap full rooms can’t even stayed thare for 3 hrs straightaway booked another hotel. Asked for compensation of other days but no reply from you or hotel management. very embarrassing service from you aswell hotel management.

Amezing stay on elegant
Pros:

Room as I have seen on photo I got the same , reception staff was helpful and humble.
Housekeeping staff clean my room every day and very helpful

This one night stay is Very bad & sad in life .
Pros:

Nothing to Like. Even for one star not applicable this hotel . Very bad hotel.

The property was untraceable. The location was over crowded with no place to even park the car on the road and search. Had to book another hotel with no other option left.

Pros:

Was not a good experience whatsoever, turned up, staff member unhappy even though I had told them I will be coming a different time, no service whatsoever, please note the lift is on the first floor so if you have luggage you have to carry it up a set of stairs and the helpers come after you’ve dragged luggage yourselves

Pros:

AC not working. Very small space and mattress is very old and was poor spring mattress... didn't had good sleep. It's inside market and noisy. The commode hand spray was jot working... I blame Booking.com for promoting such hotel.. total waste of money
