The staff was absolutely amazing! They allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated after our trip. The breakfasts were delicious, the location was perfect, and the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed here with my sisters and our mom, who had her birthday during our stay. The staff noticed it from our documents during check-in and prepared such a wonderful surprise for her - they congratulated her with a cake and candles. It was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

We are truly grateful for such kindness and hospitality. Thank you so much for making our stay so special!

Отличный отдых
Pros:

Очень приятный персонал, номер чистый и удобные матрасы. Каждый день убирали, пополняли водичку, тапочки одноразовые и т.п. Завтраки хорошие и разнообразные. У подруги было день рождение так ее поздравляли целым тортом весь персонал! Очень приятно. Супер вид с террасы. В общем приедем еще и будем советовать

Super en voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Lekker centraal en de medewerkers waren super gastvrij! Tijdens Ramadan hebben ze iedere nacht speciaal voor ons sahur voorbereid, zodat we gemakkelijk konden vasten. Ipv ontbijt hebben we dus sahur gehad, top hotel echt een aanrader!

Cons:

Alles was perfect, wel goed uitkijken als je traploopt en je je hoofd niet stoot maar goed het is een redelijk oud gebouw het hinderde ons verder totaal niet.

Un hotel in partea veche din Istanbul, foarte draguț, cu un personal amabil si profesionist si receptiv. Amplasat la doar 5 minute de transportul public(metro, autobuze, cu care poti ajunge in orice colt a orasului. Statia de ferry este la 7-8 minute pe jos. Camerele liniștite, curate, lengeria de pat alba ca zapada si a fost schimbata in fiecare zi. Multumim domnisoarei menajere ca a intretinut curatenia zilnica in camera noastra. Foarte placut. Micul dejun foarte gustos si diversificat. Doamna bucatareasa de la restaurant, in fiecare dimineata ne intampina cu zâmbet si cu un ceai turcesc gustos. Pe acoperisul hotelului este amenjata o terasa cu vedere la mare. Extraordinar ce view spectaculos🥳. Am avut parte si de o surpriza foarte placuta din partea hotelului cand au adus o torta cu lumanari cu ocazia zilei de nastere a sotiei mele. Sunt foarte atenti la detalii. Ori de cate ori vom reveni la Istanbul vom sta in acest hotel. RECOMAND❤️.

L'accoglienza dello staff e la terrazza. Camere pulitissime con asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno e acqua in camera. Staff sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli, sempre pronti ad offrirti un the o una caffe. Merita la colazione e la signora carinissima che la preparava sempre con il sorriso. Torneremo sicuramente!!!!

We had an amazing stay at White Palace Haliç Hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar, making it easy to explore the city.

What stood out most during our stay was the exceptional hospitality. Adnan and the staff, made a lasting impression with their attentiveness and dedication. Adnan often stepped into multiple roles to ensure guests were well taken care of—whether it was assisting with logistics, serving breakfast, or simply checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly. The staffs hospitality and genuine warmth made us feel right at home.

This hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and hospitality. We truly felt at home and will absolutely return on our next trip to Türkiye
