Зручне двоспальне ліжко, водичка питна. Привітний персонал, завжди готовий допомогти й підказати.

Cons:

1) На фото вказано, що в номері є два кондиціонери, проте фактично був лише один. У номері було прохолодно, і ще один кондиціонер якраз був би доречним.
2) Один із диванів в іншій кімнаті перебуває у повністю непридатному стані — він сильно продавлений і потребує реставрації. Номер був заброньований на 4 особи, і у разі повного заселення четверте спальне місце припадало б саме на цей диван, на якому спати фактично неможливо.
3) Пліснява у ванній кімнаті.

Pros:

The location is really great, just a few minutes from the Grand Bazaar. Everything is within walking distance and the metro is right there, going everywhere. Excellent connection.

Cons:

We were on the fourth floor of the building, and there was no elevator. We didn’t know that, and it was exhausting to go up and down several times every day.

Additionally, they didn’t change the bed linen or towels for seven days. Everything was clean when we arrived, but after that the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all.

La ubicación

Cons:

Estaba sucio, olía a tabaco y había mal olor en el baño. Los sillones estaban rotos. Éramos 3 personas y no pusieron cama auxiliar, sino que una persona tuvo que dormir en el sofá (roto y con mal olor). Pedimos cambio de habitación porque al lado había una con cama auxiliar y nos la denegaron. Además nos engañaron con la tarjeta wifi (solicitamos y pagamos una tarjeta de 15GB por 30€ y solo nos pusieron 2GB). Las toallas estaban rotas y las imágenes de booking no corresponden con la realidad. No aconsejó reservar aquí.

Pros:

The property is close to some main touristic places in Istanbul
The apartment looks good
We were able to leave our backpacks at the reception until we left for the airport
The staff is nice - they offered coffee and water until the room was ready and I received also the invoice I needed

Cons:

There is no elevator- 4th floor
The sofa is not very comfortable for sleeping
It would be useful an extra chair for the 3 people apartment

К сожалению было немного шумно из за работающих во дворе компрессоров, но только днём. Ночью все норм
