Pros:

Отель расположен на тихой улочке, что было важно для нас в городе, который никогда не спит))) Большой номер, чисто, уютно, приветливый персонал! Все было замечательно!

Pros:

I like size of the room and location of hotel.

Cons:

I was in room No 1, on ground flour.
Bathroom was in very poor condition and with broken elements.
Kitchen with no basic dishes and broken.
My friends was in room No 2 which was in better condition.

Apa de la duș, calda si cu presiune bună.

Cons:

In baie miroase urât, este mucegai la duș. Așternuturi foarte uzate, camera necesita urgent renovare. Lumina difuza in camera.

Most awful experience I had with a hotel ever. First of all I purposely booked the hotel because they had an option for early check in which I requested with the booking (1 month prior to the stay). One week before the date of check in I also texted the hotel the time we want to check in, which was 7 AM. However the day of the check in, after 10 hours flight, no sleep all night, when we went to the hotel early in the morning, the door was locked and the receptionist was sleeping on the couch in front of the reception. I knocked continuously for 5 minutes until he woke up and opened for us. I told him about the booking and my request for early check in and he answered that its not possible to check us in earlier because there are no clean rooms and that the earliest we could check in is 12/1 PM. We didn’t have any choice so we left our luggage there and went for breakfast and for a walk until it got time to check in. We went back to the hotel, we waited there 1 more hour, because we were told that the room was still not ready and after 1 hour we waited at the hotel suddenly the receptionist told us that there was some mistake made by the other receptionist and that yesterday he accommodated another person in our room and that now they don’t have any other rooms available in their hotel for us. I was frustrated, I couldn’t believe what I was just hearing, we paid in advance for the stay, we waited 6 hours to get accommodated, on top of that we didn’t sleep all night because of our flight and they put us in such hard situation. The receptionist offered us a room in some other hotel, 2 minutes away from this one, which didn’t satisfy us at all. I contacted immediately the property owner, who didn’t want to call me, only texted, I explained the situation and how frustrated I am with all of it, and as a response I got “The tourist staying in your room didn’t feel well so he couldn’t leave, that is not our problem”.

Pros:

Отель находится в 800 м от Гранд базара,в 10 м есть магазин продуктов питания,рядом находится улица,где расположены ресторанчики,где можно заказать разнообразную еду.Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные.В номере есть холодильгик, микроволновка,чайник,кофе растворимый,чай в пакетиках,сахар,вода питьевая в стаканчиках.Единственное неудобство,в душевой комнате нет крючка,куда можно повесить полотенце или одежду.
Прекрасный отель для проживания на 3 ночи.Рекомендую.

Studio spatios, amenajat frumos
Pat, plapuma, lenjerie, curate și confortabile

Cons:

Nu este bine întreținut.
Bateriile sanitare erau defecte. Oglinda era sparta.
Telecomanda avea bateriile consumate.
Nu s-a făcut curățenie in cameră niciodată in 4 nopti si nu era curățenie impecabila nici la sosire
