اكتشاف رائع
Pros:

الموقع والمساحه كان داخل الحرم الجامعي امان عالي ومساحه جميله للمشي الليلي بدون قلق او ازعاج قريب من كل الخدمات والمول

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone since there are many better options.
Pros:

-Safe area
-Close to Forum Trabzon Mall

Cons:

-Didn’t like Customer service staff treating toward guests ( no smile, no care about customer satisfaction)
-Old A/C system and not cooling well.
-There is no quilt or blanket, only thin and rough sheet.
-Bed width is small.

يميزه الهدوء والموقع داخل الجامعه ولكن مشي الى مول فوروم 3 دقائق بالظبط يصلح ليله ليلتين لقربه للمطار والمول والتكاسي عالطلب تأتي سريع

رائحة الحمامات كريهه بلا تهويه وفرش السراير ليس من النوع الممتاز بل فرش مستشفيات والافطار سيء جدا جدا لايناسب فندق 4 نجوم ويجب تعليم افراد المطعم بالكامل للحفاظ على الطعام واناقة الاواني ويجب ان يكون افضل طعام وانصحهم ادارة المطعم شخص من دمشق سيغير الكثير بالمطعم الذي لايقدم قيمه للناس وكي الملابس تاخذ المفتاح لغرفة الكي وتذهب انت تكوي بنفسك وهذا شي عادي وكذلك عليهم ان يختارون افضل شركة تكاسي بالتعامل ولايوجد مسبح للاطفال

Pros:

The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours!

The mattress was very uncomfortable.

The day was hot and when the AC didn't work, we called and they told us AC is centrally controlled and is not started until beginning of June. We opened the windows to get some air, and mosquitoes came in.

Overall, horrible experience.
