Na een zware operatie 2 nachten overnacht ik werd door de personeel in de watten gelegd. Ze stonden klaar om hulp te bieden.

Stayed for two nights to visit an exhibition. Safe, new hotel opened in 6 months. Well decorated, ergonomic large room with a large bed, very clean and new utilities. It was sufficient for me for two nights. King size breakfast at downstair restaurant at a reasonable price. Not experienced a dinner but expecting good food also. Smiling and helpful young workers with fast solutions. If familiar to public transport hotel is next to metrobus bus stop, less dense traffic. Nearby peaceful and small cafes and restaurants around. If you look for cleanless, comfort and feeling safe it is a right place.

Refrigerator does not get cold enough. I had medications that needed to be kept in cooler refrigerator.

The hotel is fine. Rooms are very clean and very large.
No elevator. I was told it would be fixed but it looked like they were disabled for a while now with no sign of work being done. While staff was OK, they were just OK. No smiling face or anything like that here. Probably not professional hospitality people.
Everything was great , the location and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was exceptional, as well as the bathroom, the location of the hotel was great because there are lots of restaurants, groceries and cafes, and there were many local shops and markets in the surrounding area.
The air conditioning was somewhat lacking during daytime, and the window wasn't sealing perfectly so there was some noise in the room.
Staffs were very kind, friendly and thanks especially to Mr. Halil Ibrahim and Ms. Raziye. Stayed there for a week and extremely satisfied. The house keeping service for the room was top notch . The hotel and rooms are new and freshness. Very close to metrobus and many cafes / restaurants around there. Highly recommend to stay that hotel.
