Really nice stay let down by a couple of little things.
Pros:

99.9% was really good

Cons:

Only 1 coffee pod in a room for 2 plus no milk or creamer. Also slow service for evening meal seemed busy looking after a group of friends

Pros:

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mitten in Frankfurt. Die Lage ist wirklich schön, nebenan gibt es einen Campus der einen schönen Teich hat wo sich Gänse tummeln. Die U-Bahn Station ist 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer groß genug. Alles wirkt sehr neu und schön. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, nichts besonderes aber völlig ausreichend um in den Tag starten zu können. Das Highlight des Hotels ist definitiv die Sky Bar ganz oben mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Frankfurter Skyline.

Hotel curat ,bine dotat, personal amabil si prietenos, terasa cu priveliste minunata ,amplasare in apropierea mijloacelor de transport in comun.

Pros:

Quiero agradecerles por mi estancia. Me gustó muchísimo el alojamiento. Es un lugar muy cómodo, tranquilo y acogedor, ideal tanto para descansar como para vivir de forma temporal. Me sentí muy a gusto durante mi estancia.

La ubicación también me pareció excelente y todo estuvo muy bien organizado. En general, considero que ofrecen un servicio de gran calidad.

Cons:

Como única sugerencia de mejora, sería conveniente revisar el desagüe de la ducha de la habitación 101, ya que el agua se acumulaba al ducharse. Aparte de ese pequeño detalle, todo fue óptimo.

Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme con ustedes y los recomendaría. ¡Muchas gracias por la excelente atención!
