Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt:)
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, schöner Ausblick vom 7. Stock auf die Skyline von Frankfurt. Sehr großzügig, dass man sich mit Kaffee und Tee im 7. stock kostenlos bedienen durfte. Gute Lage zum amerikanischen Konsulat.

Cons:

Leider war mir das Bett viel zu hart. Schade, dass das Hotel keine Topper zur Verfügung stellt. Minimaler Aufwand, große Zufriedenheit.
Wie schon von vielen beschrieben, wäre ein Licht am Nachtisch sinnvoll.

Experiência extraordinária.
Pros:

Adoramos a nossa experiência no hotel do começo ao fim, pela receptividade do Josemar e do Felipe, que nos deram todas as instruções do Hotel, e sugestões do que fazer, por terem nos feito as melhores caipirinhas que ja tomamos na alemanha. A estrutura do hotel, organização, decoração, música, tudo perfeito. Não podemos deixar de falar também da Jessica e da Carol que nos atenderam super bem, com total atenção aos detalhes. O café da manhã maravilhoso, com.gostinho de Brasil. Com certeza é um dos melhores hotéis que ja ficamos em Frankfurt e voltaremos mais vezes. Ja estamos nos programando para visitar outras unidades da rede. Obrigada a toda equipe.

Cons:

Que infelizmente ficamos apenas 1 noite, e sendo domingo não tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer o cardápio do restaurante.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful rooms, excellent facilities.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the overall infrastructure was excellent.

Cons:

The check-in process was quite difficult. I had to call three times from the parking lot, and there was no available street parking. Unfortunately, I damaged my rims while manoeuvring through the narrow street crowded with other cars.

Hotel with nice atmosphere, comfortabled roo
Pros:

I like the location and the room size and set-up.

Cons:

I’m a returning customer and it was the first time that my room was on the street which is definetely not good for a noise sensitive person. My room was close to the elevator too so again noise. Then I was not lucky as my shower head was broken/not correctly fixed and the water just flashed into my face. Staff did not ask how went my stay at check-out. I mentioned the broken shower, no sorry, no further question. Staff is in general friendly and helpful but should be much better trained to meet some standards expected.

Great "hospitality narrative"; lacking a bit on delivery
Pros:

Restaurant is great for dinner. Ceviche options very tasty. Unfortunately not open daily. Service staff friendly but clearly not hospitality trained. Seems like most of them a students on a part time gig. Convenient parking.

Cons:

Reception staff a bit "aw shucks" and trying to make up imprecision with a smile. Not everyone may appreciate that. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Just basic fare with a couple of "Brazilian" additions. They talk a good story, but the walk isn't as impressive. Beware: Can't take a coffee to your room, unless you bring a mug from your room. Charging port in room not functional/working (no outlet anywhere close to it to connect it). Also: Weird swinging chair in room only safe for guests up to 200 lb; make sure to look out for safety label before use ;-). Re housekeeping: Having housekeeping only every third day is a bit disappointing for a 400$ room.
