Leider kein Entgegenkommen bei Umbuchungswunsch. Von der Rezeption wurde man an eine Hotline verwiesen, wo nach mehrmaligem Anruf keiner dran ging. Antwort auf Anfrage via booking brauchte weit mehr als ein Tag.

Immer gerne wieder, super dass dieses Hotel weitere Ketten in Deutschland hat.

Lovely and relaxed stay
Pros:

We chose to stay at this hotel during our visit to Frankfurt. It is located in a semi-central area, about a 30-minute walk from the city center, or easily reachable by metro, with the nearest station just a 5-minute walk away. The closest supermarket, very well stocked, is about a 10-minute walk away, and all essential services are available around the hotel.

This is a boutique hotel, extremely well designed with great attention to detail, featuring a distinctive Brazilian-inspired atmosphere typical of the brand. The rooms are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and perfectly soundproof, making it ideal for a good night’s sleep.

On the top floor, near the reception, free coffee is available throughout the day with a modern machine, along with water and herbal teas. The staff was extremely kind, and the check-in and check-out procedures were simple and quick. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Frankfurt’s skyline.

On the ground floor, there is also a small relaxation area with armchairs and a table football available for free. Overall, excellent value for money: if we return to Frankfurt, we would definitely stay here again.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt für eine Nacht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr bequemes Bett und eine angenehme Dusche. Tolles Frühstück, mit großartiger Aussicht.

Gute Lage, schöner Stil, hilfsbereites Personal, Küchenzeile im Zimmer

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist für den Preis eher zu teuer. Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht sehr umfangreich (Geschirr, Gläser., Besteck) und der kleine Geschirrspüler reinigt nicht besonders gut.
