Best place to stay in good location, very easy access to ferry and GALATA bridge.

10/10 - absolutely wonderful.

Perfect hotel and location - only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear and feel the trams passing by. Also beds are 2 mattresses together which is not ideal for couples

overall, great hotel and staffs are nice.

One of our rooms was super noisy. Crowded around the hotel. Staff speaks very, to no English.

3 day stay with my family. Hotel very compact and rooms in the presidential suite really tight for space. However got to grips with it after the first night but beware the sofa bed is ok for one child not two. Thankfully my two coped but I will consider another hotel when coming back to Istanbul.
On a good note Can at reception was a gentleman and helped me with an issue I had on the last day. Offered me late check out aswell which was convenient as my flight back was at 6pm.

Enjoyed our stay, nice room just a bit on the small side.

Deluxe Room comes with a large bed, two side tables, good view of the shops/cafes, large desk/stool and tv, small and large mirror, draw with safe lock, fridge and small wardrobe with a few shelves.

Room had A/C unfortunately the minute you go out of the room the corridors/hallway are boiling hot. Although when you enter the property you feel the A/C.

Breakfast was expensive 20 euros per person. We tried once but it wasn't wow. Although fresh eggs are served.

Plenty of cafes round the corner that sell breakfast for half the price.

For Cold Drinks and Fizzy Drinks, turn right as you come out of the hotel and you'll find a shop that sells everything, say 100m.

Taxis are waiting outside the hotel all the time. Metro stops are not too far.

Walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

I really had a great time at Bentley Hotel Old City. I was traveling alone, I stayed there from June 23 till the 26. The room was clean, I got room services. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, I just can’t remember the names of the 2 staff who were extremely helpful. They gave me tips, suggestions on where to go eat, directions, booked my transfer from the airport, it’s just sad I did not see the 2 gentlemen when I was checking out I wanted to leave a tip just for a great service and how helpful they were, I still did but left it with the other staff who was there. Maybe one thing if they could get a better deal with these transfer taxis so that if you are traveling alone you don’t have to pay 60euro just for one way maybe they could look into like a shared transfer so that the cost is not too high, but this is just a suggestion. I had a great time, the hotel is located near many tourist spots such as Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Grand bazaar, Basilica Cisterns etc. I highly recommend it and if I was to go back to Istanbul I would definitely stay there. The hotel is very nice located . The area is very safe and close to the Tram. The rooms are modern clean and comfortable and are to the USA and Canadian standards! The staff is very professional! I highly recommend this hotel

Es ist sehr modern eingereichtet. Die Zimmer sind mehr als sehr sauber. Der Empfang und das Personal sind sehr aufmerksam und höfflich. Sehr geraumige Zimmer und sehr sehr bequemes Bett. Es ist sehr zentral und überall in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen Frühstück hatten wir nicht da es die Fasten Zeit war daher kann ich keine Auskunft dazu geben aber das Hotel und Personal sind brillant ist mein favorite Hotel

The hotel is in the middle of the tourist attractions, the tram is also running right in front of it if needed. The room was small but that is normal for this area, everything was very clean and the staff were super helpful. We had a massage and the lady was very good and professional.

Spacious room but very dim. Room is considered clean and walking distance to basilica cistern, Hagia Sophia & grand bazaar. But, there is a generator directly outside the window. Its affect ours rest as the motor of the generator is loud and vibration can be feel.
