We liked the location. The room was very clean. The bed was really comfortable. We had access to a washer and dryer outside of our room.

Cons:

There is no way to separate the sleeping area from the kitchen area. This made it impossible for one person to get up early and do anything without the light shining on the person who was still trying to sleep. A curtain could be installed between the bed and kitchen area and solve this issue. The pictures on booking.com made the space appear larger than it really is. We stayed at this place for several days which made it difficult to feel settled because there was no space or place to put our things other than the floor or in the window.

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt leider sehr durchwachsen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur etwa vier Gehminuten entfernt und bietet eine direkte Verbindung zum Münchner Ostbahnhof. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stets freundlich und schnell.

Cons:

Leider gab es aber auch einige erhebliche Nachteile. Das Gebäude verfügt über keinen Aufzug, was mit Gepäck sehr unpraktisch ist.

Der größte Kritikpunkt betrifft jedoch die Hygiene. In der Nacht von Mittwoch auf Donnerstag wurde ich mehrfach von vermutlich Insekten gestochen. Am nächsten Morgen hatte ich zahlreiche stark juckende Stiche am ganzen Körper. Der Juckreiz wurde in den folgenden Tagen immer schlimmer, sodass ich schließlich einen Hautarzt aufsuchen musste. Dort wurde mir bestätigt, dass es sich sehr wahrscheinlich um Insektenstiche handelt, und ich musste mit Cortison behandelt werden.

Auch wenn ich nicht mit Sicherheit sagen kann, welche Insekten dafür verantwortlich waren, traten die Beschwerden erstmals während meines Aufenthalts in diesem Zimmer auf.

Die gute Lage und die schnelle Kommunikation konnten die negativen Erfahrungen leider nicht ausgleichen. Aufgrund der vermuteten Insekten im Zimmer und der daraus entstandenen gesundheitlichen Beschwerden kann ich das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war top. Alles sauber und wir konnten sogar schon etwas früher rein. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Autogarage mit Lift war perfekt 👌

Praktisch für jemand der zur Arbeit nach München kommt
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut mit guter Verbindung und Imbisse in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig. Es besteht die Möglichkeit das Auto in einem gedeckten Parkplatz zu stellen

Cons:

Bei Hitze ist man im 2.Stock etwas geliefert! Auch das Dachfenster lässt sich nicht bedienen sodass im Sommer bereits um 4:30 morgens hell war im Zimmer.
