Pros:

Zimmer klasse eingerichtet, alles sehr neu und modern.

Cons:

Frühstück im SB wirkt sehr steril und unpersönlich, erinnert eher an Jugendherbergen vergangener Zeiten.
Fahrrad konnten wir nur vor dem Hotel abstellen. Leider kein Abstellraum oder Tiefgarage verfügbar.

The hotel should fire the girl at the recepcion desk.

The brakfast was good. Not toooo many Things but not a Standard one

Cons:

The stuff at the recepcion at the night when i arrived.
I went down to buy water to the machine. I paid and didnt got the product so i went to the reception asking for help. Well, she was so unpolite, it did just left that she scream to me and call me stupid because after 10years in germany suppously i still cant read nor understand german language. She was absolutly sure that i didnt pay!!!
In fact days later there was 2 charges and 2 refunds on my Bank Account.

Schönen Aufenthalt gehabt, perfekte Lange
Pros:

Mir gefällt das umweltfreundliche Konzept und die Funktionalität. Auch das es sehr sauber war und die tolle Lage.

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, modern eingerichtet und hatte eine Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist selten besetzt (Ruhezeiten von 12-17 Uhr an den Wochenenden - empfinde ich als servicelos)! Bei uns hat am zweiten Tag der Zahlencode nicht funktioniert, über die Notfallnummer wurde uns einige Zeit später geholfen.
Das Küchenpersonal wischt mit einem einzigen Lappen den Tresen, die Tische, die Sitzflächen der Stühle und anschl. noch das Auslagenbesteck am Buffet. Das ist äußerst unhygienisch!

B& B Hotel Bonifatiusstrasse
Pros:

Ich hatte mir am Snackautomat etwas kaufen wollen, Geld wurde auch gebucht, aber mein Wunschsnack wurde nicht geliefert. Am nächsten Tag bat ich an der Rezeption um Hilfe. Man hat mir umgehend geholfen. Dafür bedanke mich sehr herzlich. Ich war das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dom entfernt, zentral gelegen
Frühstück kann man dazu buchen, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind sauber.
Ich kann es nur empfehlen

Cons:

Dieses Problem habe ich bereits beim ersten Mal festgestellt, aber es wurde nicht behoben. Der Frühstücksraum ist schmal gehalten. Für mich,1,47 m groß, stehen die Brötchen zu hoch. Mit der Zange kann ich weder die Brötchen noch die Kuchenteilchen greifen
Ich bin zudem mit beiden Händen gehandicapt. Die Rezeption ist am Wochenende erst spät besetzt. Darauf sollte man hinweisen.
